Shipping policy

Deliveries cost a flat fee of 7CHF for all orders regardless of the number of books purchased. For deliveries in Zürich City which are above 15CHF, we offer free delivery regardless of the number of books purchased. 

For outside of Zürich City, deliveries will be made between 3-5 working days unless otherwise disclaimed and agreed with the customer. Delivery track number will be provided to the customer via email as soon as available. Deliveries within Zurich are expected to be done on the same day or 1 working day after purchase unless otherwise communicated to the customer.
